Day Three

Ah, I came home, made some coffee, and put my feet up!

Banana, 3 raspberries, Loonie's peanut-fiber bar, Taco Bell, Krystals, meat-on-a-stick, and a fortune cookie. All eaten with a grin.

Yesterday, I had 2 sugar cookies before I hit the road and thought I was going to pass out from the flem. Glad no one reads this. :)

Running makes you choose better-for-you food.

I'm reading it now. :) Good luck! I used to be a runner. Pretty much from the time I was eleven until a few years ago (oh, maybe 40ish) when my knee starting giving me trouble. I still run every once in a while. I guess it's in my blood and I can't quit entirely. I've run 2 half-marathons and many, many 10Ks. Maybe your blog will inspire me to start running a bit again, especially since I like food, too. I do walk 3 miles a day (on a treadmill), plus many, many more in a work day (need to put a pedometer on one of these days and see how far I go!).

You started reading and I stopped writing. Please excuse me, I'll get back to it.

We did the biggest loser last spring and had to do 12,000 steps every other day. It was fun!
