Start of 3rd Week!

Today felt good. I started out a little too heavy on the feet and little too short in the stride, but worked out of it by the third set. It was also the day to run longer, so I did 4 reps of 3min. runs and 3min. walks. We were done in 26 minutes! We walk a little before and figure around 30 minutes in all with the time spent walking home. Yeah!
